Grove Park Healthcare is a new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art mental health Hospital. We offer quick access to the highest standards of patient-centred care, with an experienced multi-disciplinary team that deliver expert assessment and quick access to inpatient treatment for those in the acute stages of illness. We cater for both NHS and self-funded patients. We also provide longer-term rehabilitation for those with more complex needs.
Our Model of Care covers both acute and rehabilitation services, providing rapid access and tailored support for adults with complex mental health needs. Rated “Good” by the Care Quality Commission, we deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care through a skilled multidisciplinary team committed to achieving the best outcomes across the care pathway.

What it is Like To Stay In Grove Park
When arriving at Grove Park, it is our primary aim to make all patients feel safe and welcomed. The team will focus on your well-being and process all necessary administrative requirements. You will then be checked-in by the clinical team which includes trained nurses and the ward doctor.
All meals are provided for patients staying in our inpatient facility with exceptional dining being delivered through our 5-star kitchen. Our in-house Chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals daily to support health and recovery. We cater to individual dietary needs, and meals are served three times daily—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Depending on each patient’s needs, meals can be enjoyed either in their room or in shared dining areas.
Throughout the day we offer a variety of engaging activities such as Tai-chi, journalling and local walks, designed to enhance your well-being, as well as a range of activities such as CBT, trauma informed care and DBT informed practices. Outdoor engagement features supervised outings in company vehicles, fostering social interaction and environmental change.We have a dedicated visitors room on site which we encourage family and friends to book, with visits supported 7 days a week 9am-9pm, avoiding group sessions and mealtimes where possible

- 18-bed Mental Health Unit en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with large flat-screen televisions
- Comfortable communal spaces include air-conditioned lounges for rest and socialising, a welcoming coffee area, and regular entertainment such as cinema-style movide days.
- Outdoor recreational spaces, including a pavilion and a sensory room
- A fully equipped therapy kitchen, a multi-faith prayer and spiritual room, and a dedicated activities room
- Uninterrupted safety is ensured by an onsite backup generator, powering the entire facility during outages for seamless care.
- Environmental commitment - we are actively reducing our carbon footprint through energy efficienty measures including LED lighting upgrades, EV vehicles, low-flow water fittings, solar panel installations and paperless operations.
